Program Development
At Revive, we use key data insights in conjunction with the community’s most significant needs and desires to develop and implement patient-centered behavioral health programs using the Quadruple Aim: Better Care, Better Health, Lower Cost and Provider Satisfaction.
Inpatient Psychiatry Program
Our Inpatient Psychiatry program at Revive provides facilities with the expertise of our dyad model: offering operations management as well as a Medical Director appointed by Revive. We provide a modifiable coverage model to meet the specific needs of each facility. This would entail up to 24/7 availability that integrates our on-site and telehealth board-eligible/certified prescribers into the facility’s current team, ensuring documentation into the medical records, contributing in treatment teams, placing orders, such as labs or medications and participating in court hearings as needed.
Emergency Department and Acute Care Consultations
Our Emergency Department and Acute Care Program at Revive provides 24/7 behavioral health consultations to the Emergency Department and Inpatient Acute Care settings via telehealth. Revive employs only board-eligible/certified prescribers, who provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment recommendations, to include, but not limited to, pharmacologic management, behavioral interventions, observation status and disposition, which is all documented in the existing facility’s medical record. This integration and high-quality patient care is intended to produce better patient outcomes and satisfaction, while simultaneously reducing length of stay in both the ED and inpatient acute care settings.
Outpatient Psychiatry Programs
Our Outpatient Psychiatry programs at Revive provide board-eligible/certified prescribers to the most underserved areas via telehealth. We have expertise in servicing the entire age continuum and a range of programs such as, but not limited to, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and various other outpatient settings.
