Omar Ziyadeh, MBA

Omar is a results-driven, passionate & polished business leader that believes in the population health model: better care, better health, lower cost and provider satisfaction – resulting in a patient-centered care environment that ultimately reduces stigma, provides access to quality care and keeps people healthy in their communities. Omar truly believes “There is no health without mental health.”, a quote he values from David Satcher, MD, former United States Surgeon General.

Omar is most notable for implementing strategic, results-oriented programs. He co-founded Revive Telehealth, where he serves as the CEO. He also served as Senior Leadership of Operations at Aligned Telehealth, now AmWell Psychiatric Care, where he had executive oversight of over 120 programs in numerous settings. Previous to Aligned, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Surgical Center of Connecticut where he was fully accountable for the clinical quality and business operations of a multi-specialty, free-standing surgical center. Omar also held multiple leadership positions at Westchester Medical Center Health Network including, but not limited to, assisting in leading regional inpatient and outpatient operations, business and strategy for the 7-county behavioral health program. He also led and drove the implementation and growth of the first New York non-state hospital telepsychiatry program for WMC Health Network.

In addition to his ambitions to provide access to quality healthcare, Omar is committed to his three adorable daughters and strong spiritual values.
